Hi my dear fellows, as you all know that a human body consumes 7 major different kinds of nutrients from food and one of them are minerals and to day we will be discussing them.  these provide us by energy to work. 5% of our body cells consist of minerals.There are 15 minerals which are very essential for our body. Just like vitamins, are also consumed from food and sometimes in form of tablets. The detail of 15 important minerals in human body is as follows:

 

1- Calcium:

Calcium is present in milk, yogurt, cheese, giblet and bone marrows. Calcium is very benificial for us. It can prevent cancer, diabetes and high blood pressure. It also helps us build and maintain strong and healthy bones. Our nerves, heart and muscles also need calcium to work properly. People with calcium deficiencies can experience bone weakness, nervous breakdowns, stress and depression, Insomnia, fast heartbeat, tooth decay and pain in joints. 

2- Magnesium:

In order to obtain Magnesium from food, you should have soybean, wheat straws, spinach, sea fish, prawns and grain in your daily diet. The benefits of Magnesium include that it is in many biochemical reactions of our body. It boosts your exercise performance and and also fights with depression problems.
